UAE Property AI Bot provides Dubai property analysis via a Telegram bot and this website. We do not sell your data.

Telegram bot. When you use the bot, Telegram may provide us with your user ID and message content for the purpose of answering queries. We use this only to run searches and return results. Query logs may be stored for product improvement; they are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Website. The site may record that you visited (e.g. via analytics) and, when you use the in-site search, we may log the search to improve the service. We do not require account sign-up for core features.

Data sources. Property and rental figures come from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and are processed as described in our Data Source Transparency article. We do not add your personal data to DLD or government systems.
